Itinerary
Depart to Lisbon, Portugal.
Meet your Tour Guide in the arrivals area and transfer to the
hotel or begin sightseeing.
Later, enjoy the tour of Lisbon that will include Torres De Belem (a moorish tower), Walking towards Padrao dos
Descobrimentos, View from Tagus (Tejo) River and Lisbon Bridge, walking towards
Jeronimos Monastery and visit Tram to Cais do Sodré, walk along the river to
Terreiro do Paço, Terreiro do Paço, Rua Augusta, most visited street. Visit Sé
de Lisboa towards Lisbon Castle (St. Jorge) passing throw St. Luzia viewpoint
where you can see Lisbon and the river from the top. Also visit to Lisbon
Castle.

After breakfast, enjoy excursion to Cascais and Sintra. Wander
around the center of Cascais, a former fishing village and today a popular
holiday spot. Follow your guide through narrow alleyways and see the
traditional Portuguese white houses. Also visit-Sintra is a magical place where
man and nature exist in perfect harmony.
Discover secret caves and trails at Pena Park, admire the natural wonders of
Sintra Natural Park and the cliffs of Roca Cape, and visit the whimsical Pena
National Palace.Enjoy a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast, and stop at Guincho Beach. Walk
around Cascais town and bay. Return to your hotel in Lisbon.

In the morning time drive to Batalha a UNESCO site famous for its
monastery. The highlight of the day will be the visit to Fatima Sanctuary of
Our Lady of Fátima, a center of Catholic faith and world pilgrimage. Housed in
the Basilica are the tombs of Lúcia, Francisco, and Jacinta, peasant children
who, despite threats, never denied witnessing the apparition of Mary. Return to
your hotel in Lisbon.

After breakfast start journey to Madrid by road. Visit Avila en route to Madrid. Arrive at Madrid and transfer to hotel.
Later in the afternoon a panoramic tour of Madrid to see the most
important buildings, avenues and squares with an expert official guide who will
explain about the monuments and the history of each one.
During the different historical periods, the city has grown from the old
Habsburg and Bourbons quarters to the present city. We will see the Gran Vía,
Plaza de España, University, Moncloa, Habsburg old quarter, Calle Mayor, Puerta
del Sol, Puerta de Alcalá, the bull ring, and Columbus Square. Overnight in Madrid

Take the high speed train to Seville. Upon arrival, visit Seville sites such as
Plaza de España, San Telmo Palace, and the Isabel II Bridge, Santa Cruz, the
former Jewish Quarter, Plaza de los Venerables, the Basilica de la Macarena,
Alcazar of Seville and Seville Cathedral, which holds the tomb of Christopher
Columbus. Overnight in Seville.

Upon arrival, begin sightseeing in Cordoba.
Explore the architectural and cultural treasures of Cordoba with its
narrow alleyways of the Jewish Quarter and the Moorish magnificence of the
architecture. Immerse yourself in the religious resplendence of the UNESCO
World Heritage- listed Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba and see one of Spain’s few
existing synagogues. Continue on to Granada.

Set against the backdrop of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada Mountains, the

Jaume.
Return to your coach to enjoy sweeping vistas of the Mediterranean Sea as you
ascend to the Olympic Village. See monuments from the Olympics and then
continue your ascent to Montjuic hill to see the city’s impressive skyline from
a unique vantage point; visit the Spanish Village to see a diverse
architectural tableau inspired by different Spanish regions.
Conclude your morning tour with a cable car ride to Montjuic Castle and capture
even more fantastic photographs from the vertiginous position of the ancient
fortress. Return to sea level and bid your guide farewell before beginning your
afternoon tour.
In the afternoon, embark on your artistic exploration of the city. Start at La
Sagrada Familia, a controversial modernist construction that has remained
famously unfinished. Gaze at its sky-piercing spires as your guide explains the

important religious sites at Montserrat, a monastery situated high above the
city of Barcelona in greater Catalonia. The spot offers sublime views, a
variety of religious artifacts, and insight into the history and spiritual
traditions of this region of Spain.
Begin your excursion by boarding an air-conditioned coach, continuing on a ride
through the scenic landscapes of Catalonia on your way to Montserrat. Your
guide will provide details about the region's history as you go, offering
details about the mountain of Montserrat and the monastery that lies near its
peak.
Upon reaching the foot of the mountain, climb aboard a cogwheel train for the
15-minute climb to the peak, enjoying panoramic views along the way. Listen as
your guide explains how hundreds of years of erosion have sculpted the striking
pink rocks visitors see today. Make sure to also keep your camera handy for
great shots of the mountain's unique rock formations with Barcelona and
Catalonia in the distance.
Arrive at Santa Maria de Montserrat, the Benedictine abbey that occupies the
