I heard of PKT tours through my good friend and here we go
to Switzerland. We booked a custom and private tour for six of us.
Unfortunately, one person cancelled last minute but we still were able to keep
the same private Car transportation. Going through the process of booking
from Flights, Hotel, Local Adventure, and Transportation was so much easy with
PKT tours. Tanmay assigned us Mayank for flights which Mayank even attended
couple of calls in the weekend for some changes. Tanmay himself booked our
hotels and ground transportation which was even easy. At one point in our trip,
I had to contact Tanmay and he attended our issue in just minutes. And, I can't
even say how much we liked our driver Amin who knew even some more local places
extra to explore while we had extra time. We explored more than what we
thought since the driver was so flexible and always on time from picking us up
and dropping us to right places. We never got lost and waisted time in our
whole trip. If I have another driving trip to Europe Amin is going to be
my chauffeur for sure. Anyways, I am definitely traveling again with reserving
with PKT tours in near future.
