After breakfast at Hotel, you will be meeting local guide in your hotel lobby and proceed for Lhasa City tour which include:

Arc of Tibet, the world culture heritage - Potala Palace:  was the residence of the Dalai Lama until the 14th Dalai Lama fled to India during the 1959 Tibetan uprising. It is now a museum and World Heritage Site. The palace is named after Mount Potalaka, the mythical abode of the bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara.

See pilgrims making prostrating in front of Jokhang Temple. Enter inside Jokhang Temple to see the holist statue of Buddha.

Barkhor Bazar : Barkhor Bazaar is one of the most famous of all places to go shopping in Lhasa. This circuitous street, that encompasses the world famous Jokhang Temple, is the best place to go to get authentic, local-made souvenirs from Tibet. One of the oldest streets in Lhasa, Barkhor Street was developed along with the Jokhang Temple in the early part of the seventh century.

After breakfast in hotel, check out and proceed for Shigates via Gyantse which is 370 kms drive.

Gangbala Pass to view Yamdrok Lake and Mt. Naiqinkangsang.

After Breakfast, proceed for Everest Base Camp.  340 kms. 

 Visit the home of Panchan Lama – Tashilunpo Monastery.

 Tsola Pass (4600m), Gyatsola Pass (5248m)

 View the panorama of Himalaya at Kyawula Pass (5180m)

 Drive along the New zigzag road to Everest Base Camp.

 Getting closer to Mt. Everest peak.

 The sunset of golden Everest peak if time and weather permit at the lodging area.

After breakfast in hotel, check out and proceed for Saga which is 460 kms drive.

After breakfast, check out and proceed for Darchen via Mansarovar lake.  450 kms drive.

 The sunning view of the Saga valley between Gangdise Range and Himalaya Range.  View the beautiful grassland and local villages, cross the Mayomla Pass (5112m).

 Far view of Mt. Naimonany (7694m)

 Pass by holy Mansarovar.  Arrive at the southern foot of Mt. Kailash.  (Precious snow mountain).

Parikrama Day 1

Drive from Hotel to starting point of parikrama. After darshan at Yama Dwar, the first day of parikrama will begin.

Enroute you have darshan of west face of Kailash.

Visit Charan Sparsh by foot

In the morning, start excursion to the holy Charan Sparsha (touching the feet of the Lord at the base of the mountain).

Access to Charan Sparsh is only by foot. Pony is not available. Those who are unable to walk to Charan Sparsh may stay back at Dirapuk guest house

overnight at guest house.

Parikrama Day 2

Early morning, start trek from Dirapuk towards Zuthulphuk.

Trek uphill 6 km to Dolma La Pass. After reaching top of the pass, then trek down to the valley floor.

You will see Gauri Kunda while descending from Dolma La Pass.

This day is the longest and toughest day of parikrama.

Parikrama Day 3

After breakfast, trek from Zuthulpuk to Darchen. Take rest at hotel.

Drive to  Lake Mansarovar .

Lake mansarovar Parikrama with bus. About circumference of 88 km of Mansarovar Lake, view of Rakshas tal . Observe excellent  view.

Return back to darchen. Over naight at darchen.

Drive to Saga via Lake Mansarovar

 Upon arrival at Saga, check in you hotel and rest.

After breakfast at hotel, check out and proceed for Shigatse.

 Upon arrival at Shigatse, check in hotel and rest.

 Follow Yalong Valley back to Lhasa.

 Platform to view the vast Yalong River bed.

 Visit Water Mill making Tibetan Incense material.
