Depart on your flight to Rome, Italy! 

Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City.  Upon arrival, meet your PKT representative and transfer to your hotel to freshen up and relax. 

After breakfast, sightseeing with a local guide takes you to a morning visit of the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. In the afternoon, take a visit to the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Capitol Hill, and Venice Square.  Afterwards, return back to your hotel to freshen up and explore the city on your own in the evening.  [B]

After breakfast this morning, take another sightseeing tour of Rome, visiting the classical side of Rome.  Visit the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Navona Square. In the afternoon, make your way to Saint Peter Basilica and St. Peter Square.  Return to the hotel in the late afternoon and relax. [B]

After you enjoy breakfast at the hotel, depart for Florence.  Upon arrival, we visit the Gallery Academia.  In the evening, transfer to your hotel and relax. [B] 

After breakfast today, depart for a half-day excursion to Pisa.  Upon arrival in Pisa, guided walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli, with the celebrated Leaning Tower (exterior), the Baptistery (exterior) and other important monuments. This is followed by a visit to the interior of the Cathedral, an unrivalled masterpiece of Romanesque art constructed between the 11th and 12th centuries. Free time at your disposal. Those who are interested can take a pleasant walk with our tour escort and reach Piazza dei Cavalieri, where you can admire the historic Scuola Normale, one of the most famous universities in the world.  In the evening, return to Florence. After breakfast this morning, take a walking tour of Florence to discover its history, art, and culture.  In the afternoon, take a tour of the Gallery Ufizi.  In the evening, return back to the hotel and enjoy the evening in Florence on your own. [B]

After breakfast, it’s off to Venice.  Upon arrival, take a half day sightseeing tour by foot, including visits to the most important monuments and points of interest in this glorious town. The evening is yours to explore the city on your own. [B]

In the morning, enjoy breakfast and then take a half day tour of the Islands of Venice.  A pleasant sailboat ride will give you the opportunity to admire the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the public Gardens, the tip of Sant'Elena and the Lido, the famous beach resort. The boat will arrive at Murano Island, very well known all over the world for its glass manufacturing industry. A stop of 40 minutes will allow you to visit to one of the factories. The second stop is at the picturesque island of Burano, famous not only for its lace but also for its fishermen's houses painted in bright colors. Take a brief stop to take a pleasant walk and discover the beauties of the Island. After a short sail we reach Torcello, the earliest center of civilization in the estuary. Only the cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of Santa Fosca remain as testimony of its former glory. We will stop to visit the island and its monuments. Then, return to the hotel in the evening. [B]

After breakfast, enjoy the rest of your day at leisure before you are transferred to the airport for your flight back home.  Depart for home with a heart full of wonderful memories. [B]
